Delivery: How long will it take to receive my order once I place it?

We aim to ship all in-stock items that do not require personalization (like posters, stickers, invites, etc.) within 24 hours.  Drop us a note if you need something urgently.  swoonxoxo@yahoo.com  For most locations across Hong Kong, our courier service can deliver in about two days.  There are also a few select destinations in Sai Kung, Discovery Bay and outer Islands that will require more shipping time.  

Cost of shipping: How much does it cost to ship?

Currently, shipping is free for all orders over $750hkd.  For those orders that are less than $750, the general estimated shipping cost is based on the size of the package being shipped (vs. the weight).  Typical orders cost between $40 and $65hkd to ship.

Some bulky or oversized items such as buffet backdrops, very large foam board posters or standees will incur an additional fee for shipping.  We can happily provide a quote based on your location.

Helium-filled balloons:

• The cost of the delivery is separate to any partyware you have ordered as your balloons are hand delivered on your specified date.
• The cost of delivery is dependent on your location within Hong Kong (learn more).

What payment methods do you accept?

We happily accept three types of payments: HSBC Payme, HSBC bank transfer, and paypal.  You will have an opportunity to select your preferred payment method at the time of check-out. 

HSBC: if you have selected an HSBC bank transfer, please note that your order has not be completed until we receive a confirmed payment receipt from the Bank.  We will ship your items immediately thereafter.  Please do keep this in mind if your need is urgent.  We also will hold your selected partyware products in your customer account for 24 hours.  If we don't receive payment after 24 hours we will release your order back into inventory.

Do you have a retail store? 

We are exclusively online. We do participate in fairs from time to time in Hong Kong.  If you sign up for our newsletter, we will let you know when our next event will take place.

I need a large quantity of a particular item?

Drop us a note. We would be delighted to check our inventory or with our suppliers to ideally meet your needs. 

I don't see the products that I need? 

Drop us a note.  We would be delighted to source items that meet your needs.   We have relationships with many supplier, factories and manufactures.  Let's create something!

How long will it take to receive my personalized party printables? 

Based on experience, it will take approximately two weeks.  Once you place your order with your personalized text, our designers will take approximately three to four business days to create your proof.  Once you receive it, please approve your approval as soon as possible.  The longer you wait to submit your input the longer the order will take. 

Once we receive your approval, it will take about one week to print and ship your products.  For international customers, the time to ship depends on the provider selected.

How do I make changes to my personalized party paper order once its been submitted? 

You will have an opportunity to make changes once you receive and approve your proof.  Once the proof is approved your order will be send to print. Any changes after the order has been sent to print will result in reprint fees.

I would like to see a physical proof before printing. 

Yes, we can do that for invitations, thank you cards, stickers, tags, and flags.  Unfortunately, it is cost prohibitive to send proofs of posters, banners, and signs.  Please add $5 USD / $40HKD for each physical proof desired and approximately 3 to 5 days to your timeline.  We will strive to deliver your proof sooner but snail mail can sometimes be slow.

How many rounds of edits can I make?

One round of edits is included in the purchase of all personalized party printables.  After that, a $4 USD / $30HKD fee will be charged for each edit that you request thereafter.

Can I change the color, size, text, images of the personalized party printables?
